Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service at panachibooks@gmail.com or +91 90485 10000

After Dispatch:

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Books and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is damaged during delivery.

Conditions for Refund Approval

To be eligible for a refund:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened, clearly displaying the issue.
• The Books are must be unread and in original packaging.

REFUND PROCESS

• Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Products purchased during sale/discount periods.
• Customized or personalized COMMERCIAL ORDERS.
• Items damaged due to misuse or lack of care.
